Culinary Coverage is currently licensed to transact insurance business only in the State of Georgia. Quotes, applications, and policies are available only for businesses located in Georgia. If your business is located outside of Georgia, we are unable to provide coverage at this time.
Submission of a quote request through this Site does not create an insurance policy, bind coverage, or form a contract of insurance. A quote is a non-binding estimate provided for your review. Coverage is bound only when an insurance carrier has accepted a complete application and we have confirmed binding in writing. Until that occurs, no coverage is in effect.
You agree that all information you submit through the Site is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Material misrepresentations or omissions may result in denial of coverage, cancellation of a policy, or denial of a claim under the terms of the issued policy and Georgia law.
